Today marks a truly special milestone for our team, and for our Smithfield community.
We’re proud to share that our friendly Vitality Pharmacy Warehouse Smithfield team has moved to the Priceline Pharmacy family, now proudly serving you as Priceline Pharmacy Smithfield! While our uniforms and name have changed, our heart remains the same. You’ll still see the same trusted faces, receive the same personalised care, and enjoy the same great service you’ve always known – now in our new home at the other end of Smithfield Shopping Centre, opposite Woolworths.
For our owner, Nick Loukas, this change feels like coming home. As a Grade 12 student, he worked right here when it was the old Thriftways Pharmacy, the original Smithfield Pharmacy, marking the very beginning of a career that started in this community nearly forty years ago.
Alongside Nick, the whole team from Vitality have made the move including Chloe, the store’s Pharmacist manager, bringing her vast knowledge and additional clinical training to provide an extended scope of practice, allowing her to prescribe medications and deliver a broader range of primary healthcare services. Chloe and our team’s dedication is always to ensure that the Smithfield community has convenient access to expert health advice and modern pharmacy care, right on their doorstep.
And in a wonderful full-circle moment, Sheri Barfoot, who worked with Nick during his early pharmacy days at Thriftways, remains a valued part of our team, continuing to bring her warmth, knowledge, and genuine care to every customer interaction. (We actually don’t know how she has put up with Nick for so long!)
